Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information we collect from coaches, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Intake answers: your responses to our intake questionnaire, including team details such as age group, level, roster size, practice schedule, goals and challenges. Please send team-level information only, not player names or other personal information about minors.
- Purchase information: the plan you bought, the amount and the date. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor (see below).
- Acceptance records: your typed name, email, the date and time, and the Agreement version when you accept our Coach Agreement.
- Messages: check-ins and other emails you send us.
How we use it
- To deliver the coaching support you purchased (8, 12, or 20 weeks), including your weekly emails, season and practice plans, and replies to your check-ins.
- To process your payment and keep purchase and acceptance records.
- To send updates and newsletters. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe.
- To answer your questions, improve our content, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your card details go directly to the processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers who help us run the Service, such as our payment processor, email and website hosting, and software tools, including automated or AI tools, that help prepare content. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are using the Service and afterward as long as reasonably needed for records, taxes, and legal purposes, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
